My spiritual journey began when I met a beautiful Indian Yoga teacher named Sunita Cabral in the late 60s, although I didn't realise it at the time. She was a very special soul and had a tremendous impact on my life. I went on to train as a yoga teacher and some years later trained in Chi Gong. Movement is very important not only to keep the physical body healthy, but to ground the higher spiritual energies through the body.

For many years my connection was primarily with the physical. I was an athlete competing for Birchfield Harriers and later becoming Ladies Team Manager, where we had many successful years, reaching the European Clubs Cup Final twice. I was able to use my skills in visualisation techniques to help many top athletes look at problem areas and improve their performance.

It was in the early 90s on a visit to a holistic health centre on the Greek island of Skyros that my focus connected more to my inner self, when I studied Imagework with Dr.Dina Glouberman. This opened up a whole new world to me, a very beautiful world of soul connection over the following years.

In 1996 I trained in Usui Reiki and began my spiritual development in earnest, studying the Essenes and spending time at their site in the mountains of Qumran, near the Dead Sea. It was here early one morning just before sunrise that the Archangel Metatron appeared to me and filled me with Divine Love.  There are no words to describe this Love but once touched by it you are changed forever.  Archangel Metatron, Lord of Light, is known as the Voice of God and stands at the right hand of God, he has been with me ever since and channels his energy through me in my healing work. 

My journey of self discovery has taken me to sacred sites in Israel, Egypt, Greece, Turkey, India, China and Peru, connecting with the ancient energies and Ascended Masters associated with these sites. Along the way I discovered that I was a gifted photographer capturing the energies of the devic, elemental and angelic kingdoms and the Language of Light beaming onto the Earth from the Higher Realms. It gives me great joy to be able to share these pictures with you as the Angels and Nature Spirits wish to make themselves known to all of you.  

So these are the energies I share with people in my workshops and in one to one treatments for those who find their way to me, and I feel very blessed to be able to do this.

I now take groups to sacred sites around the world, particularly Egypt, to connect with these higher energies. Whilst these journeys will bring personal transformation you will also be doing work in service to the planet and Mother Earth.
